Each item is carefully handcrafted and packed with attention to detail before it is shipped.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During holidays, markets, or busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping:
- We currently ship across Canada and selected international destinations.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Orders over CAD $85 qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.
Local Pickup:
Local pickup is available in Downtown Vancouver by appointment.
Pickup hours:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
You will receive an email when your order is ready. Please reply to the email or send us a text before arriving to arrange your pickup time.
Shipping Damage:
Although every order is packaged carefully, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to find the best solution.
Delivery Delays:
Once your package has been shipped, Boutiqaz is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
